Subject: The Commission is considering revising Rule 68A-1.004 and Chapter 68A-27, F.A.C., rules relating to species classified as Candidate Species, Endangered Species, Threatened Species and Species of Special Concern and considering proposing additional rules related to endangered and threatened species as part of the ongoing effort to develop a new imperiled species listing process.
